If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the registration and invitations of other tournaments. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of organizing the tournament and for later tournament invitations, your team name, first name, e-mail and (if applicable) telephone number will be stored.

Without this information, we will not be able to complete the tournament registration and future invitations to your team. A data transfer to third parties does not take place.

In the event of a tournament registration, the data mentioned will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition regarding your data stored with us.
